01. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the clearharbor.pro website or enrolling in our linguistic programs, you signify your agreement to these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a minor, you acknowledge full responsibility for their adherence to these guidelines.
We reserve the right to modify these terms as our curriculum and digital services evolve. Significant changes will be announced via our newsletter or on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our site after such modifications constitutes your acknowledgement of the updated terms.

Intellectual Property
All proprietary course materials, proprietary vocabulary lists, and digital curriculum designs are the exclusive property of Clear Harbor English. Students are granted a non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial educational use only.
Student Eligibility
While we welcome international students, enrollment requires accurate personal documentation. Any misrepresentation of language proficiency levels or legal identity may result in immediate termination of the learning contract without refund.
Prohibited Actions
Users may not engage in data mining, automated scraping, or any activity that compromises the security of the clearharbor.pro infrastructure. Harassment of staff or fellow students on digital platforms is strictly prohibited.
Financial Commitments & Accountability
Course fees at Clear Harbor English are structured to maintain small class sizes and high-quality faculty. Payments are due in full prior to the commencement of each module unless a specific installment plan has been authorized in writing.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Cancellations 7+ days before start: 90% refund.
- Cancellations within 48 hours of start: 50% refund.
- No-shows or withdrawals after the first class: No refund.
Liability Limits
Clear Harbor English provides educational tools for improvement but does not guarantee specific scores on external exams (IELTS, TOEFL, etc.). We are not liable for indirect losses or technological failures beyond our reasonable control.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Istanbul. We strive for mediation and amicable resolution before any legal escalation.
